New Meniskus Video

The music video for Meniskus's single "Letters" (recorded and mixed by our own John McVey) was released today. The video was shot on HD and directed by Dennis Flippin, a talented editor and DP we previously worked with on several projects, including an Obama campaign TV spot and several Michael Jordan ads.

DeVotchKa track on XBox Ad

Coupe Engineer Greg McRae worked with DeVotchKa frontman Nick Urata to create a new mix of the band's song "How it Ends" for the video game "Gears of War 2." The ad debuted this week:

Mixing for new Joss Stone record

When Lindsay arrived around 7:30 AM the other day, she was surprised to find our own Bobby Gibson and Illfonic Mixer Chuck Brungardt just wrapping up a very late night of work. They'd been having one hell of a good time playing with all kinds of vintage analogue gear - plates and springs and tapes - oh my - while mixing a new song for Joss Stone. They'd gone all night long, but word is the song turned out great! Stay tuned for a release date.
